🍽️ Quick and easy flatbread

Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 cube yeast (20 g)
- 50 ml olive oil
- butter (for the baking sheet)
- flour (for the work surface)
Instructions
- 1. Stir the yeast into 200 milliliters of lukewarm water in a small bowl.
- 2. Add the flour and salt to a large bowl and mix them together.
- 3. Pour the yeast-water mixture and the olive oil over the dry ingredients.
- 4. Knead everything with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer until you have a smooth dough.
- 5. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. If it is too dry, add a little water.
- 6. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
- 7. Sprinkle some flour on your work surface and knead the dough there briefly again.
- 8. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
- 9. Roll each piece into a round flatbread.
- 10. Place the flatbreads on a greased baking sheet.
- 11. Cover the flatbreads and let them rise again for 15 minutes.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (conventional or fan-assisted, middle rack).
- 13. Bake the flatbreads in the oven for about 20 minutes.
