🍽️ Grilled chicken on crispy flatbread with fresh vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 lime
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 flatbread
Instructions
- 1. Brush the chicken breast fillets lightly with oil.
- 2. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 3. Preheat the grill, but do not set it to the highest level.
- 4. Grill the chicken breast on each side for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 5. Wash the zucchini and remove the hard ends.
- 6. Cut the zucchini into small cubes.
- 7. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes briefly.
- 8. Remove the tomatoes immediately from the hot water and let them cool.
- 9. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
- 10. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the inside with the seeds.
- 11. Cut the deseeded tomato flesh into small cubes as well.
- 12. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes.
- 13. Mix all the vegetable cubes in a bowl.
- 14. Season the vegetable mixture with salt and pepper.
- 15. Fold the basil leaves into the vegetables.
- 16. Toast the flatbread to your liking in a sandwich grill.
- 17. Split the flatbread in half.
- 18. Slice the grilled chicken breast.
- 19. Top the flatbread halves with the vegetable cubes.
- 20. Place the chicken slices on top.
- 21. Garnish the dish with lime wedges.
- 22. Serve the flatbread on plates.
