  1. 1. Brush the chicken breast fillets lightly with oil.
  2. 2. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill, but do not set it to the highest level.
  4. 4. Grill the chicken breast on each side for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Wash the zucchini and remove the hard ends.
  6. 6. Cut the zucchini into small cubes.
  7. 7. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes briefly.
  8. 8. Remove the tomatoes immediately from the hot water and let them cool.
  9. 9. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  10. 10. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the inside with the seeds.
  11. 11. Cut the deseeded tomato flesh into small cubes as well.
  12. 12. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes.
  13. 13. Mix all the vegetable cubes in a bowl.
  14. 14. Season the vegetable mixture with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Fold the basil leaves into the vegetables.
  16. 16. Toast the flatbread to your liking in a sandwich grill.
