Ingredients
- 10 g Sichuan pepper
- 10 g cinnamon bark
- 10 g fennel seeds
- 10 g star anise
- 10 g cloves
- 100 g sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Place the individual spices into a spice grinder.
- 2. Grind the spices into a fine powder.
- 3. Remove the ground spice powder from the grinder.
- 4. Mix the spice powder thoroughly with the salt.
- 5. Store the finished salt in a dry place.
