🥤 Fresh Fitness Smoothie with Basilisk and Papaya

Ingredients
- 1 Papaya
- 1 ripe pear
- 8 sprigs basil
- 400 g Exquisa (Fitline Protein Strawberry)
- 1 lime (juice)
- 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
Instructions
- 1. Peel the papaya and cut it in half.
- 2. Remove the core from the papaya.
- 3. Wash the pear thoroughly.
- 4. Cut the pear into four equal quarters.
- 5. Remove the core from the pear pieces.
- 6. Cut the papaya and pear pieces into coarse cubes.
- 7. Wash the basilisk leaves.
- 8. Shake the basilisk dry to remove excess water.
- 9. Gently pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 10. Set aside some sunflower seeds and a few basilisk leaves for decoration.
- 11. Put the Exquisa Fitline Protein Quark (Strawberry, Papaya and Pear flavor) into a stand mixer.
- 12. Add the cut papaya and pear pieces to the quark.
- 13. Add the lime juice to the mixer.
- 14. Put the remaining sunflower seeds into the mixer.
- 15. Put the basilisk leaves into the mixer.
- 16. Mix all ingredients until a smooth mass is formed.
- 17. Check the consistency of the smoothie.
- 18. If the smoothie is too thick, add about 50 milliliters of water.
- 19. Mix the smoothie again briefly.
- 20. Pour the finished smoothie into drinking glasses.
- 21. Sprinkle the reserved sunflower seeds over the smoothie.
- 22. Garnish the smoothie with the reserved basilisk leaves.
