🍽️ Salmon-Tuna Tatar with Avocado Cream

Ingredients
- 250 g tuna fillet
- 250 g salmon fillet
- 1 shallot
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 lime (juice)
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 avocado
- 1 small amount wasabi paste
Instructions
- 1. Rinse both types of fish briefly under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Finely chop the tuna and the salmon separately.
- 4. Peel the shallot and dice it very finely.
- 5. Place the tuna flesh into a bowl.
- 6. Add the diced shallot, sesame oil, and lime juice.
- 7. Mix everything well with the tuna.
- 8. Season the tuna mixture with salt and pepper.
- 9. Place the salmon flesh into a separate bowl.
- 10. Stir the sesame seeds and one tablespoon of crème fraîche into the salmon.
- 11. Season the salmon mixture with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- 12. Peel the avocado and remove the pit.
- 13. Cut the avocado flesh into small cubes.
- 14. Mix the avocado cubes with the remaining crème fraîche and wasabi.
- 15. Finally season the avocado mixture with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- 16. Take a serving ring and place it on a plate.
- 17. Fill the ring first with the tuna mixture.
- 18. Add the avocado cream as the second layer on top.
- 19. Place the salmon mixture as the top layer.
- 20. Carefully remove the serving ring.
- 21. Garnish the tatar with leaf salad according to taste.
- 22. Serve the dish immediately.
