  2. 2. Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends.
  3. 3. Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick.
  4. 4. Wash the bell pepper and cut it into quarters.
  5. 5. Remove the inside and white membranes of the bell pepper.
  6. 6. Cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  7. 7. Peel the onions.
  8. 8. Cut the onions lengthwise into quarters.
  9. 9. Separate the onion quarters into individual pieces.
  10. 10. Cut each fish stick twice to get four equal pieces.
  11. 11. Thread fish pieces, zucchini, bell pepper, and onions alternately onto 8 skewers.
  12. 12. Season the skewers with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  13. 13. Fry the skewers in hot oil for about 12 minutes.
  14. 14. Turn the skewers occasionally while frying.
  15. 15. Serve the skewers with tzatziki.
