🍽️ Vegetable Fish Skewers

Ingredients
- 500 g fish sticks (frozen)
- 2 small zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 small white onions
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g tzatziki (ready-made)
Instructions
- 1. Let the fish sticks thaw slightly.
- 2. Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends.
- 3. Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick.
- 4. Wash the bell pepper and cut it into quarters.
- 5. Remove the inside and white membranes of the bell pepper.
- 6. Cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- 7. Peel the onions.
- 8. Cut the onions lengthwise into quarters.
- 9. Separate the onion quarters into individual pieces.
- 10. Cut each fish stick twice to get four equal pieces.
- 11. Thread fish pieces, zucchini, bell pepper, and onions alternately onto 8 skewers.
- 12. Season the skewers with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- 13. Fry the skewers in hot oil for about 12 minutes.
- 14. Turn the skewers occasionally while frying.
- 15. Serve the skewers with tzatziki.
