  2. 2. Slice the zucchini into round pieces.
  3. 3. Thread the fish pieces and zucchini slices onto the wooden skewers, alternating between them.
  4. 4. Heat ghee (clarified butter with a high smoke point) in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Fry the skewers in the hot fat for about 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  7. 7. Thread one tomato quarter onto each free end of the finished skewers.
  8. 8. Put all ingredients for the mayonnaise-yogurt sauce into a small bowl.
  9. 9. Whisk the sauce ingredients together well until a creamy mixture forms.
