🍽️ Crispy Fish Stick Skewers with Zucchini

Ingredients
- 1 pack fish sticks (300 g)
- 1 long zucchini (250 g, cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices)
- 3 small tomatoes
- ghee
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 8 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs (finely chopped e.g. parsley, chives, cress)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the fish sticks in half crosswise into two equal pieces.
- 2. Slice the zucchini into round pieces.
- 3. Thread the fish pieces and zucchini slices onto the wooden skewers, alternating between them.
- 4. Heat ghee (clarified butter with a high smoke point) in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 5. Fry the skewers in the hot fat for about 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- 7. Thread one tomato quarter onto each free end of the finished skewers.
- 8. Put all ingredients for the mayonnaise-yogurt sauce into a small bowl.
- 9. Whisk the sauce ingredients together well until a creamy mixture forms.
