  2. 2. Boil the beans in salted water for about 7 minutes until tender.
  3. 3. Drain the beans and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. 4. Let the beans drain well and then chop them finely.
  5. 5. Wash the fish and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  6. 6. Cut the fish into small cubes.
  7. 7. Finely chop the fish cubes as well.
  8. 8. Wash the spring onions and remove the dry tips.
  9. 9. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  10. 10. Mix the chopped fish with the beans, egg, curry paste, fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, and coriander in a bowl.
  11. 11. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
  12. 12. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  13. 13. Fry the fish patties in the hot pan until golden brown on both sides.
  14. 14. Remove the finished patties from the pan and place them on kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.
  15. 15. Serve the fish patties warm.
