  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
  2. 2. Peel the sweet potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
  3. 3. Cut the potatoes into thick slices.
  4. 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the potato slices on it.
  5. 5. Drizzle the potatoes with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  6. 6. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. 8. Wash the broccoli and remove the tough stems.
  9. 9. Break the broccoli into small florets.
  10. 10. Boil water in a pot and add the broccoli for 5 minutes (blanching).
  11. 11. Remove the broccoli from the water and let it drain.
  12. 12. Wash the spring onions and trim the ends.
  13. 13. Cut the spring onions into 3 to 4 centimeter long pieces.
  14. 14. Rinse the fish fillet briefly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  15. 15. Drizzle the fish with some oil.
  16. 16. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Grill the fish on a hot grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  18. 18. Heat butter in a hot pan.
  19. 19. Add the broccoli and spring onions to the pan.
  20. 20. Toss the vegetables in the butter for 1 to 2 minutes.
  21. 21. Season the vegetables with salt and a splash of lemon juice.
  22. 22. Plate the oven potatoes and vegetables on the plates.
  23. 23. Place the grilled fish on top of the vegetables.
  24. 24. Serve the dish immediately.
