🍽️ Oven Fish with Potato Sticks and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 6 Pellkartoffeln
- 4 reife Tomaten
- 800 g fresh cod fillet
- 2 tbsp Zitronensaft (frisch gepresst)
- 3 tsp getrocknete toskanische Kräuter (Thymian, Salbei, Rosmarin, Oregano)
- olive oil (kalt gepresst)
- salt
- Pfeffer (fisch gemahlen)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Peel the potatoes.
- 3. Cut the potatoes into long sticks.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 5. Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds.
- 6. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- 7. Drizzle lemon juice over the fish.
- 8. Take a flameproof pan.
- 9. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan.
- 10. Place the fish in the pan.
- 11. Layer the potato sticks on top of the fish.
- 12. Place the tomato slices on top.
- 13. Season everything again with salt and pepper.
- 14. Sprinkle the herbs over it.
- 15. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over it.
- 16. Place the pan in the hot oven.
- 17. Bake the fish for 20 to 25 minutes.
