🍽️ Fish Burgers with Chili Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tomato
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 4 pangasius fillets (160 g each, preferably organic pangasius)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 4 whole grain hamburger buns
- 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the tomato under running water.
- 2. Cut out the hard stem area of the tomato in a wedge shape.
- 3. Slice the rest of the tomato into even rounds.
- 4. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
- 5. Dry the lettuce leaves by spinning them in a salad spinner or patting them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Rinse the fish fillets briefly under cold water.
- 7. Pat the fish fillets completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 8. Season the fish fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
- 9. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 10. Place the fish fillets into the hot pan.
- 11. Fry the fish fillets for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown on the first side.
- 12. Turn the fish fillets and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes on the other side.
- 13. Slice the buns horizontally.
- 14. Spread one tablespoon of chili sauce on each of the bottom bun halves.
- 15. Place one lettuce leaf on each bun half that has been spread with sauce.
- 16. Place a fried fish fillet on each lettuce leaf.
- 17. Distribute the tomato slices evenly over the fish fillets.
- 18. Place the top bun halves onto the filled bottom halves.
- 19. Serve the finished fish burgers immediately.
