  1. 1. Wash the beans thoroughly.
  2. 2. Remove the hard ends and strings from the beans.
  3. 3. Bring water to a boil and add some salt.
  4. 4. Cook the beans in this salted water for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Wash the zucchini under running water.
  6. 6. Cut off the hard ends of the zucchini.
  7. 7. Slice the zucchini into round slices.
  8. 8. Place the zucchini slices in a baking dish.
  9. 9. Season the zucchini with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Drizzle one tablespoon of olive oil over the zucchini.
  11. 11. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (convection 200 degrees or gas level 3 to 4).
  12. 12. Place the baking dish on the middle rack of the oven.
  13. 13. Bake the zucchini for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  14. 14. Remove the beans from the cooking water.
  15. 15. Rinse the beans with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  16. 16. Let the beans drain well.
  17. 17. Wash the cherry tomatoes under running water.
  18. 18. Remove the green stems from the tomatoes.
  19. 19. Rinse the cod under cold water.
  20. 20. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
  21. 21. Cut the cod into four equal pieces.
  22. 22. Take the baking dish with the zucchini out of the oven.
  23. 23. Turn the zucchini slices so they brown evenly.
  24. 24. Pour vegetable broth over the zucchini.
  25. 25. Distribute the cherry tomatoes and beans over the zucchini.
  26. 26. Place the fish pieces on top of the vegetables.
  27. 27. Season everything again with salt and pepper.
  28. 28. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the casserole.
  29. 29. Place the dish back in the preheated oven.
  30. 30. Bake the casserole for another 8 to 10 minutes on the middle rack.
  31. 31. Wash the parsley under running water.
  32. 32. Shake the parsley dry.
  33. 33. Chop the parsley finely.
  34. 34. Sprinkle the parsley over the finished casserole.
