  5. 5. Pour the oil mixture over the sardines.
  6. 6. Sprinkle the herbs over the sardines.
  7. 7. Let the sardines marinate for at least one hour.
  8. 8. Turn the sardines occasionally during the marinating time.
  9. 9. Wash the large shrimp and remove the heads.
  10. 10. Halve the tails of the shrimp lengthwise.
  11. 11. Remove the vein from the shrimp.
  12. 12. Finely chop the garlic, parsley, and oregano.
  13. 13. Mix the chopped herbs with the oil and lemon juice.
  14. 14. Pour the marinade over the shrimp.
  15. 15. Let the shrimp marinate for about thirty minutes.
  16. 16. Wash the cod fillet and pat it dry.
  17. 17. Cut the cod into six equal pieces.
  18. 18. Season the fish pieces with salt and pepper.

  22. 22. Dice the shallots finely.
  23. 23. Blanch the tomatoes with boiling water.
  24. 24. Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
  25. 25. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  26. 26. Mix the tomato cubes with the other ingredients.
  27. 27. Brush six pieces of aluminum foil with oil.
  28. 28. Place the fish pieces on the aluminum foil.
