  2. 2. Pour the wine into a suitable baking dish.
  3. 3. Rinse the fresh herbs briefly under running water.
  4. 4. Shake the herbs dry.
  5. 5. Gently pluck the leaves from the stems.
  6. 6. Chop the herb leaves coarsely.
  7. 7. Rinse the fish under cold water.
  8. 8. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Toss the fish in the chopped herbs so that it is covered all over.
  11. 11. Place the coated fish into the baking dish with the wine.
  12. 12. Arrange the washed tomatoes around the fish in the dish.
  13. 13. Drizzle the entire dish with olive oil.
