  6. 6. Season the sauce with one to two tablespoons of pickle brine, salt, and pepper.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic clove and press it directly into the sauce.
  8. 8. Wash the chives and cut them into small rings.
  9. 9. Stir the chive rings into the finished sauce.
  10. 10. Preheat the deep fryer to 165 degrees Celsius.
  11. 11. Alternatively, heat oil in a large pot.
  12. 12. Check the oil temperature by dipping the end of a wooden spoon handle into the oil.
