🍽️ Fish fillet with fresh herb crust

Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets à approx. 160 g (e. g. salmon or turbot)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 sprigs parsley
- 2 sprigs basil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
- 2. Rinse the fish briefly under running water and place it in a baking dish lightly greased with oil.
- 3. Wash the fresh herbs thoroughly, shake off excess water, and pick the leaves off the stems.
- 4. Finely chop the herbs.
- 5. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely as well.
- 6. Wash the chili pepper, remove the stem and seeds, and chop it finely.
- 7. Mix the chopped herbs, garlic, and chili with the remaining oil.
- 8. Season the herb mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the fish fillet.
- 10. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the fish for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 11. Remove the fish from the oven and serve immediately.
- 12. Serve with fresh vegetables on the side if desired.
