  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
  2. 2. Rinse the fish briefly under running water and place it in a baking dish lightly greased with oil.
  3. 3. Wash the fresh herbs thoroughly, shake off excess water, and pick the leaves off the stems.
  4. 4. Finely chop the herbs.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely as well.
  6. 6. Wash the chili pepper, remove the stem and seeds, and chop it finely.
  7. 7. Mix the chopped herbs, garlic, and chili with the remaining oil.
  8. 8. Season the herb mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the fish fillet.
  10. 10. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the fish for 10 to 15 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the fish from the oven and serve immediately.
  12. 12. Serve with fresh vegetables on the side if desired.
