🍽️ Fresh Fish and Mango Salad

Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 300 g tuna (very fresh)
- 1 lemon (squeezed)
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 small blue onion
- 0.5 bunch parsley (chopped)
- salt

- tortilla chips
Instructions
- 1. Cut the fish into small cubes.
- 2. Pour the lemon juice over the fish cubes.
- 3. Let the fish cubes marinate for a short time.
- 4. Peel the mango.
- 5. Slice the mango from one side to the pit into 0.5 cm thick slices.
- 6. Turn the mango and cut the other side to the pit as well.
- 7. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
- 8. Wash the chili pepper.
- 9. Cut the chili pepper lengthwise.
- 10. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
- 11. Remove the white inner membrane of the chili.
- 12. Finely dice the chili.
- 13. Peel the onion.
- 14. Halve the onion.
- 15. Finely dice the onion.
- 16. Mix the mango cubes with the onion cubes.
- 17. Add the chili cubes to the mixture.
- 18. Add the marinated fish cubes.
- 19. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for approx. 30 minutes.
- 20. Season the mixture with salt and pepper at the end.
- 21. Roughly chop the parsley.
- 22. Stir the parsley into the fish-mango mixture.
- 23. Serve the salad on tortilla chips.
