  1. 1. Cut the fish into small cubes.
  2. 2. Pour the lemon juice over the fish cubes.
  3. 3. Let the fish cubes marinate for a short time.
  4. 4. Peel the mango.
  5. 5. Slice the mango from one side to the pit into 0.5 cm thick slices.
  6. 6. Turn the mango and cut the other side to the pit as well.
  7. 7. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
  8. 8. Wash the chili pepper.
  9. 9. Cut the chili pepper lengthwise.
  10. 10. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
  11. 11. Remove the white inner membrane of the chili.
  12. 12. Finely dice the chili.
  13. 13. Peel the onion.
  14. 14. Halve the onion.
  15. 15. Finely dice the onion.
  16. 16. Mix the mango cubes with the onion cubes.
  17. 17. Add the chili cubes to the mixture.
  18. 18. Add the marinated fish cubes.
  19. 19. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for approx. 30 minutes.
  20. 20. Season the mixture with salt and pepper at the end.
  21. 21. Roughly chop the parsley.
  22. 22. Stir the parsley into the fish-mango mixture.
  23. 23. Serve the salad on tortilla chips.
