  1. 1. Rinse the prawns thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cut the fish fillet into small pieces.
  3. 3. Wash the bell pepper and cut it in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Remove the seeds and the white inner membranes from the bell pepper.
  5. 5. Finely chop the bell pepper.
  6. 6. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  7. 7. Dice the onion and garlic finely.
  8. 8. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.
  9. 9. Sauté the onions until translucent, meaning they become soft and slightly see-through.
  10. 10. Remove the pan from the heat and let the onions cool down.
  11. 11. Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk them.
  12. 12. Add the fish, prawns, bell pepper, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, and cooled onions to the egg mixture.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Mix all ingredients well until a firm dough forms.
  15. 15. Place the flour on a shallow plate.
  16. 16. Form small balls or patties from the dough.
  17. 17. Roll the balls in the flour so they are coated all over.
  18. 18. Fry the balls in the remaining olive oil in the pan.
  19. 19. Fry them for about four minutes per side until golden brown.
  20. 20. Serve the fish patties immediately while warm.
