  1. 1. Turn on your oven and preheat it to 200 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
  2. 2. Rinse the fish under cold running water.
  3. 3. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Cut the fish into eight equal strips.
  5. 5. Lightly grease a baking dish with oil.
  6. 6. Place the fish strips into the prepared dish.
  7. 7. Drizzle lemon juice over the fish.
  8. 8. Season the fish generously with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Wash the basil under running water.
  10. 10. Shake the basil dry.
  11. 11. Pick the basil leaves off the stems.
  12. 12. Distribute the basil leaves evenly over the fish.
  13. 13. Wash the tomatoes.
  14. 14. Remove the hard core end from the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Halve the tomatoes.
  16. 16. Place the tomato halves on top of the fish.
  17. 17. Remove the cheese from the package.
  18. 18. Let the cheese drain briefly.
  19. 19. Slice the cheese.
  20. 20. Place the cheese slices on top of the dish.
  21. 21. Plate the finished dish.
  22. 22. Serve the dish hot.
