🍽️ Fish Gratin with Tomato and Basil

Ingredients
- 800 g thick fish fillet (e.g. sea bass)
- olive oil (for the dish)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 handful basil
- 300 g cherry tomatoes (red and yellow)
- 125 g mozzarella
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Turn on your oven and preheat it to 200 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Rinse the fish under cold running water.
- 3. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut the fish into eight equal strips.
- 5. Lightly grease a baking dish with oil.
- 6. Place the fish strips into the prepared dish.
- 7. Drizzle lemon juice over the fish.
- 8. Season the fish generously with salt and pepper.
- 9. Wash the basil under running water.
- 10. Shake the basil dry.
- 11. Pick the basil leaves off the stems.
- 12. Distribute the basil leaves evenly over the fish.
- 13. Wash the tomatoes.
- 14. Remove the hard core end from the tomatoes.
- 15. Halve the tomatoes.
- 16. Place the tomato halves on top of the fish.
- 17. Remove the cheese from the package.
- 18. Let the cheese drain briefly.
- 19. Slice the cheese.
- 20. Place the cheese slices on top of the dish.
- 21. Plate the finished dish.
- 22. Serve the dish hot.
