Ingredients
- chives
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- sour cream
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chives thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the chives dry.
- 3. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 4. Distribute the chive rings onto four small plates.
- 5. Peel the boiled eggs.
- 6. Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each egg so they stand stably.
- 7. Place the eggs onto the prepared plates.
- 8. Wash the tomatoes.
- 9. Halve the tomatoes crosswise.
- 10. Remove the flesh and seeds from the tomato half using a small spoon.
- 11. Place the hollowed tomato half on the egg like a hat.
- 12. Add a small dot of salad cream onto the tomato.
