  3. 3. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  4. 4. Distribute the chive rings onto four small plates.
  5. 5. Peel the boiled eggs.
  6. 6. Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each egg so they stand stably.
  7. 7. Place the eggs onto the prepared plates.
  8. 8. Wash the tomatoes.
  9. 9. Halve the tomatoes crosswise.
  10. 10. Remove the flesh and seeds from the tomato half using a small spoon.
  11. 11. Place the hollowed tomato half on the egg like a hat.
  12. 12. Add a small dot of salad cream onto the tomato.
