  6. 6. Finely chop the tomato flesh.
  7. 7. Clean and wash the spring onions.
  8. 8. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  9. 9. Melt the butter in a pan.
  10. 10. Sauté the spring onion rings in the butter.
  11. 11. Finely chop the parsley.
  12. 12. Stir the parsley into the onions.
  13. 13. Deglaze the mixture with red wine.
  14. 14. Let the sauce come to a brief boil.
  15. 15. Stir in the chopped tomato flesh.
  16. 16. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Salt the filet steaks generously.
  18. 18. Pepper the filet steaks freshly.
  19. 19. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a frying pan.
  20. 20. Sear the steaks for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
