  7. 7. Let the wrapped steaks rest for 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Deglaze the pan drippings with whisky.
  9. 9. Stir in butter, cream, and crème fraîche into the sauce.
  10. 10. Let the sauce simmer gently for 3 to 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Season the sauce with Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  12. 12. Remove the steaks from the foil and add the released meat juices to the sauce.
