  4. 4. Cut the potatoes into quarters.
  5. 5. Wash the pears.
  6. 6. Halve the pears.
  7. 7. Core the pear halves.
  8. 8. Cut the pears into wedges.
  9. 9. Peel the shallot.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic.
  11. 11. Dice the shallot.
  12. 12. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
  13. 13. Rinse the pork fillets under cold water.
  14. 14. Pat the fillets dry with kitchen paper.
  15. 15. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Heat oil in a pan.
  17. 17. Sear the fillets on all sides in hot oil.
  18. 18. Remove the fillets from the pan and set them aside.
  19. 19. Add the diced shallots and garlic slices to the pan.
  20. 20. Sauté the vegetables until golden brown.
