🍽️ Dijon Mustard Marinated Meat Skewers with Fresh Salad

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 750 g pork tenderloin
- 4 tbsp Maille mustard (A l'Ancienne)
- coarse pepper
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- 2 red onions
- salt
- 4.5 tbsp Maille white wine vinegar
- 2.5 tsp Dijon mustard (Maille au Miel)
- liquid honey
- 1 leaf lettuce
- 2.5 stalks celery
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- wooden skewer
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them very finely.
- 2. Wash the meat and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the meat into slices about 1.5 centimeters thick.
- 4. Place the meat, chopped garlic, Dijon mustard, pepper, ketchup, and three tablespoons of oil in a bowl.
- 5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
- 6. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about one hour.
- 7. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges.
- 8. Preheat your grill.
- 9. Thread the onion wedges and meat pieces alternately onto the skewers.
- 10. Grill the skewers on the preheated grill, turning them occasionally, for about five minutes.
- 11. Season the grilled skewers with salt and pepper.
- 12. Whisk the vinegar and honey mustard together well in a small bowl.
- 13. Stir four tablespoons of oil into the vinegar-mustard mixture.
- 14. Season the vinaigrette with salt, pepper, and a little honey.
- 15. Clean the salad greens, wash them, and let them drain well.
- 16. Peel the celery, wash it, and slice it diagonally.
- 17. Wash the tomatoes and halve them.
- 18. Tear the salad into bite-sized pieces.
- 19. Combine the tomatoes, celery, salad, and vinaigrette in a bowl.
- 20. Plate the meat skewers and the salad.
- 21. Serve the dish with baguette.
