  6. 6. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about one hour.
  7. 7. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges.
  8. 8. Preheat your grill.
  9. 9. Thread the onion wedges and meat pieces alternately onto the skewers.
  10. 10. Grill the skewers on the preheated grill, turning them occasionally, for about five minutes.
