🍽️ Fiery Cinnamon Butter

Ingredients
- 1 unwaxed lime
- 2 small red chili peppers (hot, to taste)
- 200 g soft butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- salt
- red pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lime under hot water.
- 2. Grate the fine zest from half of the lime.
- 3. Squeeze one tablespoon of juice from the lime.
- 4. Wash the chili peppers thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the chili peppers in half lengthwise.
- 6. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
- 7. Finely chop the flesh of the chili peppers.
- 8. Take the softened butter.
- 9. Mix the butter with the lime zest.
- 10. Mix the butter with the lime juice.
- 11. Mix the butter with the chopped chili.
- 12. Mix the butter with the cinnamon.
- 13. Season the butter with salt.
- 14. Season the butter with pepper.
- 15. Place the finished butter in a cool place.
- 16. Take the butter out of the refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving.
- 17. Mix the butter to let it soften.
