  1. 1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms over medium heat. Add the lemon zest and fry briefly. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente (firm to the bite) and drain. Mix the pasta thoroughly with the mushrooms, parsley, chives, lemon juice, and butter. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper again. Gently fold in the mozzarella, plate, and serve immediately.
