🥗 Fresh Salad with Watermelon, Feta, and Tomato

Ingredients
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g cucumber
- 1 green bell pepper
- 250 g watermelon
- 200 g feta cheese (45 % fat in dry matter)
- 1 onion
- 6 radishes
- 3 sprigs mint
- 0.5 lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the tomatoes.
- 3. Wash the cucumber.
- 4. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 5. Cut the cucumber halves into small cubes.
- 6. Wash the bell pepper.
- 7. Halve the bell pepper.
- 8. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper.
- 9. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 10. Halve the watermelon.
- 11. Use a melon baller to scoop out balls from the flesh.
- 12. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- 13. Peel the onion.
- 14. Cut the onion into small cubes.
- 15. Wash the radishes.
- 16. Slice the radishes thinly.
- 17. Wash the mint.
- 18. Shake the mint dry.
- 19. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 20. Squeeze the lemon.
- 21. Take about two tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 22. Mix the lemon juice with the oil.
- 23. Add all salad ingredients to a bowl.
- 24. Pour the dressing over the ingredients.
- 25. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
- 26. Serve the salad in small bowls.
