🍽️ Feta Tomato Grill Packets

Ingredients
- 400 g sheep's milk cheese
- 150 g dried soft tomato (dried)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 handful thyme
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Carefully cut the feta cheese in half lengthwise to create two pieces.
- 2. Place each cheese half onto a separate piece of aluminum foil.
- 3. Distribute the tomatoes evenly over the cheese.
- 4. Peel the garlic and cut it into rough chunks or thin slices.
- 5. Sprinkle the garlic and pine nuts over the tomatoes.
- 6. Rinse the thyme under cold water and shake it thoroughly to dry.
- 7. Place the thyme sprigs on top of the packets.
- 8. Drizzle one tablespoon of olive oil over the ingredients.
- 9. Season the packets with pepper to your liking.
- 10. Fold the aluminum foil tightly at the top to seal the packets securely.
- 11. Place the packets on the preheated grill.
- 12. Grill the packets for 5 to 8 minutes.
- 13. Open the packets only right before serving at the table.
