  2. 2. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into ten very thin slices.
  3. 3. Heat some oil in a pan.
  4. 4. Fry the zucchini slices in batches on both sides for a short time.
  5. 5. Cook them until they are lightly browned.
  6. 6. Season the slices with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Remove the slices from the pan.
  8. 8. Place them on kitchen paper.
  9. 9. Let the excess fat be absorbed.
  10. 10. Let the slices cool down.
  11. 11. Cut the feta into 20 small, even cubes.
  12. 12. Wrap each piece of cheese in a zucchini slice.
  13. 13. Insert a sprig of rosemary through the roll.
  14. 14. Secure the roll with it.
  15. 15. Drizzle some olive oil onto your plates.
  16. 16. Arrange the zucchini rolls on top.
  17. 17. Serve the dish with white bread.
