  5. 5. Add the peppercorns.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic.
  7. 7. Lightly crush the garlic.
  8. 8. Rinse the herbs under running water.
  9. 9. Pat the herbs dry with a kitchen towel.
  10. 10. Tear the herb stems into smaller pieces.
  11. 11. Add the herbs to the cheese.
  12. 12. Mix all ingredients together loosely.
  13. 13. Fill the mixture into a prepared jar.
  14. 14. Pour the oil over the ingredients.
  15. 15. Make sure everything is completely covered with oil.
  16. 16. Seal the jar tightly.
