  3. 3. Remove the hard stem base from the beefsteak tomatoes.
  4. 4. Slice the beefsteak tomatoes into thick rounds.
  5. 5. Wash the eggplant and cut it into 1 cm thick slices.
  6. 6. Sprinkle the eggplant slices with salt.
  7. 7. Let the salted eggplant slices sit for about 20 minutes.
  8. 8. Then pat the eggplant slices dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Rinse the arugula under cold water.
  10. 10. Remove any thick stems or wilted leaves from the arugula.
  11. 11. Dry the arugula, for example using a salad spinner.
  12. 12. Preheat your grill to the desired temperature.
  13. 13. Place the prepared vegetables in an aluminum foil tray that you have greased with a little oil.

  15. 15. Drizzle a little olive oil over the vegetables.
