  1. 1. Soak the tomatoes in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften them. Use this time to peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely. Wash the basil thoroughly and chop it finely as well. Set aside a few nice leaves for decoration.
  2. 2. Chop the remaining basil even more finely. Remove the tomatoes from the water, let them drain well, and chop them very finely as well.
  3. 3. Grate the feta finely and mix it with the Creme Legere. Stir the mixture until smooth, then fold in the finely chopped tomatoes, garlic, and basil. Mix everything well and let the dip marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
