🍽️ Crunchy Fennel-Orange Salad with Creamy Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
- 3 bulbs fennel
- 4 oranges
- 100 g salad mayonnaise
- 50 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 2 tsp orange marmalade
- juice of 1/2 limes
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- watercress
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fennel bulb thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut off the hard bottom end of the fennel.
- 3. Remove the tough outer leaves from the fennel.
- 4. Set aside a few nice green fennel fronds for decoration.
- 5. Slice the rest of the fennel into very thin strips.
- 6. Peel the oranges completely until only the fruit flesh remains.
- 7. Slice the orange flesh into thin rounds.
- 8. Divide the fennel and oranges among the plates.
- 9. Arrange the ingredients nicely on the plates.
- 10. Put mayonnaise, yogurt, jam, and lime juice into a small bowl.
- 11. Mix the ingredients for the dressing well together.
- 12. Season the dressing to taste with salt.
- 13. Season the dressing to taste with cayenne pepper.
- 14. Pour the finished dressing over the salad.
- 15. Sprinkle the salad with the reserved fennel fronds.
- 16. Sprinkle the salad with the trimmed cress.
- 17. Serve the salad immediately.
