Ingredients
- 1 fennel bulb
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 bunch radishes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 400 g shrimp (peeled and cooked)
- radish sprouts
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the fennel under running water.
- 2. Cut the fennel in half through the center.
- 3. Remove the hard bottom core in a V-shape.
- 4. Slice the fennel into very thin slices.
- 5. Wash the iceberg lettuce under running water.
- 6. Separate the individual leaves from the head.
- 7. Spin the lettuce leaves dry.
- 8. Cut the lettuce leaves into thin strips.
- 9. Wash the radishes thoroughly.
- 10. Remove any wilted or damaged parts.
- 11. Slice the radishes into thin slices.
- 12. Mix the oil with pepper, salt, and paprika powder.
- 13. Layer the fennel, shrimp, and radishes alternately into a tower on a plate.
- 14. Drizzle the salad with the seasoned oil.
- 15. Garnish the plate with radish sprouts.
- 16. Serve the salad immediately.
