  6. 6. Separate the individual leaves from the head.

  9. 9. Wash the radishes thoroughly.
  10. 10. Remove any wilted or damaged parts.
  11. 11. Slice the radishes into thin slices.
  12. 12. Mix the oil with pepper, salt, and paprika powder.
  13. 13. Layer the fennel, shrimp, and radishes alternately into a tower on a plate.
  14. 14. Drizzle the salad with the seasoned oil.
  15. 15. Garnish the plate with radish sprouts.
