🍽️ Grilled Fennel with Rosemary

Ingredients
- 4 bulbs fennel
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- salt
- pepper from the mill
Instructions
- 1. Remove the tough outer leaves and the hard base from the fennel.
- 2. Rinse the fennel thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Cut the fennel bulb into even slices lengthwise.
- 4. Place the fennel slices on the hot table or charcoal grill.
- 5. Grill the fennel for 2 to 3 minutes on the first side.
- 6. Turn the slices and grill them for another 2 to 3 minutes on the other side.
- 7. Pull the needles off the rosemary sprigs.
- 8. Place the fresh rosemary needles directly between the hot fennel slices on the grill.
- 9. Drizzle some olive oil over the fennel.
- 10. Season the fennel to taste with salt and black pepper.
- 11. Remove the fennel from the grill and serve it immediately while warm.
