  4. 4. Peel three oranges completely so that no white pith remains.
  5. 5. Cut the peeled oranges into small pieces.
  6. 6. Squeeze the fourth orange to extract the juice.
  7. 7. Drain the olives and slice them into rings.
  8. 8. Finely chop the tomatoes.
  9. 9. Whisk the orange juice, vinegar, olive oil, and walnut oil together in a bowl.
  10. 10. Add the chopped tomatoes to the dressing mixture.
  11. 11. Add a pinch of salt and the honey, then whisk everything well.
  12. 12. Finally, taste and adjust the seasoning of the dressing.
