  1. 1. Set aside a small portion of the green fennel fronds. You will need them later for decoration.
  2. 2. Cut the rest of the fennel into bite-sized pieces so they fit well into the juicer.
  3. 3. Wash the pears thoroughly.
  4. 4. Cut the pears into four quarters lengthwise and remove the core.
  5. 5. Cut two thin slices from the pears and set them aside as well. These will serve as garnish later.
  6. 6. Cut the remaining part of the pears into small pieces.
  7. 7. Put the fennel pieces and the pear pieces into the juicer.
  8. 8. Juice the fruit and vegetables until you have obtained the juice.
  9. 9. Stir the sea buckthorn juice into the freshly pressed juice.
  10. 10. Distribute the juice mixture evenly onto two glasses.
  11. 11. Fill the glasses with orange juice until they are almost full.
  12. 12. Decorate the drinks with the fennel fronds and pear slices you set aside earlier.
  13. 13. Serve the juice immediately and enjoy.
