🥤 Fennel-Pear Juice with Sea Buckthorn

Ingredients
- 2 bulbs fennel
- 2 pears
- 2 tbsp sweetened sea buckthorn juice (health food store)
- orange juice (to top up)
Instructions
- 1. Set aside a small portion of the green fennel fronds. You will need them later for decoration.
- 2. Cut the rest of the fennel into bite-sized pieces so they fit well into the juicer.
- 3. Wash the pears thoroughly.
- 4. Cut the pears into four quarters lengthwise and remove the core.
- 5. Cut two thin slices from the pears and set them aside as well. These will serve as garnish later.
- 6. Cut the remaining part of the pears into small pieces.
- 7. Put the fennel pieces and the pear pieces into the juicer.
- 8. Juice the fruit and vegetables until you have obtained the juice.
- 9. Stir the sea buckthorn juice into the freshly pressed juice.
- 10. Distribute the juice mixture evenly onto two glasses.
- 11. Fill the glasses with orange juice until they are almost full.
- 12. Decorate the drinks with the fennel fronds and pear slices you set aside earlier.
- 13. Serve the juice immediately and enjoy.
