🥤 Fresh Fennel and Corn Salad Juice

Ingredients
- 200 g corn salad
- 1 bulb fennel
- 1 small lime
- 1 piece horseradish (approx. 4 cm)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the corn salad (wild salad) under running water.
- 2. Dry the leafy greens using a salad spinner or a clean cloth.
- 3. Wash the fennel and remove the tough cores.
- 4. Roughly chop the fennel into small pieces.
- 5. Cut the lime in half.
- 6. Squeeze the juice out of the lime slices.
- 7. Wash the horseradish root and peel it with a vegetable peeler.
- 8. Grate half of the peeled horseradish root finely using a vegetable grater.
- 9. Cut the remaining part of the horseradish root into coarse cubes.
- 10. Place the corn salad, fennel, and horseradish cubes into a juicer.
- 11. Juice the ingredients to create a fresh cocktail.
- 12. Pour the juice into a glass and add some ice cubes.
- 13. Stir the lime juice into the juice.
- 14. Sprinkle the grated horseradish shavings over the drink as a garnish.
