🍽️ Corn Salad with Goat Cheese Slices

Ingredients
- 200 g lamb's lettuce
- 4 tbsp apple juice
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 tbsp sliced almonds
- 300 g goat cheese log
Instructions
- 1. Turn on your oven to the grill setting and let it heat up.
- 2. Wash the corn salad thoroughly.
- 3. Remove any wilted leaves from the salad.
- 4. Dry the corn salad well.
- 5. Divide the prepared salad among four plates.
- 6. Add apple juice, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and oil into a small jar.
- 7. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water to the jar.
- 8. Seal the jar tightly.
- 9. Shake the jar vigorously until the dressing is well combined.
- 10. Taste the dressing.
- 11. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
- 12. Wash the apple.
- 13. Remove the core from the apple.
- 14. Dice the flesh into small cubes.
- 15. Add lemon juice to the apple cubes.
- 16. Toss the apple cubes with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- 17. Wash the tomato.
- 18. Dice the tomato.
- 19. Scatter the apple cubes over the salad.
- 20. Scatter the tomato cubes over the salad.
- 21. Drizzle the dressing on top of the salad.
- 22. Place the goat cheese slices on the salad.
- 23. Sprinkle the salad with the toasted almonds.
- 24. Serve the dish.
