🍽️ Fresh Corn Salad Salad with Radishes and Cheese

Ingredients
- 250 g corn salad (cleaned and dried)
- 1 bunch radishes (cleaned, washed and quartered)
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 150 g Roquefort (cubed)
- 4 tbsp walnuts
- 4 slices whole wheat toast
- 20 g butter
Instructions
- 1. Put the oil, vinegar, orange juice, mustard, salt, and pepper into a large bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients with a spoon or fork until the dressing is well combined.
- 3. Add the corn salad and the sliced radishes to the bowl with the dressing.
- 4. Toss the salad gently so that all leaves and radishes are evenly coated with the dressing.
- 5. Take a serving plate and place the marinated salad on it.
- 6. Spread the diced cheese evenly over the salad.
- 7. Sprinkle the walnuts as a final topping over the salad.
- 8. Butter a slice of toast bread and serve it together with the salad.
