🍽️ Corn Salad with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 400 g corn salad
- 300 g smoked salmon (in slices)
- 2 fresh egg yolks
- 1 tbsp medium-hot mustard
- 80 ml olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- Worcestershire sauce
- lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Wash the corn salad thoroughly and dry it well. Beat the egg yolk and mustard with a mixer until creamy. Gradually add the olive oil to form a sauce. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
- 2. Cut the smoked salmon into strips. Gently mix the corn salad and salmon together. Divide the mixture onto plates and drizzle with the mustard sauce before serving.
