  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the corn salad under running water.
  2. 2. Shake the corn salad dry so that no water droplets remain.
  3. 3. Also wash the pears under running water.
  4. 4. Remove the core from the pears.
  5. 5. Cut the flesh of the pears into small cubes.
  6. 6. Pour 300 milliliters of water into the stand mixer.
  7. 7. Add the almonds to the mixer.
  8. 8. Add the dates to the mixer.
  9. 9. Add the cubed pears to the mixer.
  10. 10. Add the dry corn salad to the mixer.
  11. 11. Add 1 1⁄2 tablespoons of oat flakes to the mixer.
  12. 12. Add the lime juice to the mixer.
  13. 13. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  14. 14. Pour the finished smoothie into 4 glasses.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the remaining oat flakes over the glasses.
  16. 16. Serve the smoothie immediately.
