🥤 Fresh Corn Salad and Pear Smoothie

Ingredients
- 100 g corn salad
- 2 soft pears
- 20 g almond kernels
- 20 g dried dates (pitted)
- 30 g fine oat flakes (2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the corn salad under running water.
- 2. Shake the corn salad dry so that no water droplets remain.
- 3. Also wash the pears under running water.
- 4. Remove the core from the pears.
- 5. Cut the flesh of the pears into small cubes.
- 6. Pour 300 milliliters of water into the stand mixer.
- 7. Add the almonds to the mixer.
- 8. Add the dates to the mixer.
- 9. Add the cubed pears to the mixer.
- 10. Add the dry corn salad to the mixer.
- 11. Add 1 1⁄2 tablespoons of oat flakes to the mixer.
- 12. Add the lime juice to the mixer.
- 13. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- 14. Pour the finished smoothie into 4 glasses.
- 15. Sprinkle the remaining oat flakes over the glasses.
- 16. Serve the smoothie immediately.
