Ingredients
- 100 g corn salad
- 0.5 avocado
- 150 g papaya flesh
- 0.5 bunch parsley (10 g)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- 1. Wash the corn salad thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the corn salad dry.
- 3. Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 4. Cut the avocado into small pieces.
- 5. Cut the papaya flesh into small pieces.
- 6. Wash the parsley.
- 7. Shake the parsley dry.
- 8. Chop the parsley finely.
- 9. Pour 400 milliliters of water into a blender.
- 10. Add the corn salad to the blender.
- 11. Add the avocado pieces to the blender.
- 12. Add the papaya pieces to the blender.
- 13. Add the parsley to the blender.
- 14. Add the lime juice to the blender.
- 15. Blend the ingredients until very smooth.
- 16. Pour the smoothie into four glasses.
