  2. 2. Chop the onions finely and sauté them in the hot butter until translucent.
  3. 3. Dust the vegetables with flour.
  4. 4. Deglaze the mixture with white wine.
  5. 5. Pour in the broth.
  6. 6. Let the soup simmer for about 7 minutes.
  7. 7. Stir in the crème fraîche.
  8. 8. Blend the soup finely with a hand blender.
  9. 9. Wash the parsley, chives, and lovage (an herb plant).
  10. 10. Chop the herbs finely and add them to the soup.
  11. 11. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  12. 12. Pour the soup into bowls.
  13. 13. Garnish the bowls with dill flowers and fresh chives as desired.
