  3. 3. Sauté the shallots and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes.

  5. 5. Sauté the peas for another 3 minutes.
  6. 6. Pour in the vegetable broth.
  7. 7. Let the soup simmer for about 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
  9. 9. Tear the dill into small pieces.
  10. 10. Crumble the feta into small pieces.
  11. 11. Pour the cream into the soup.
  12. 12. Set aside half of the dill.
  13. 13. Puree the soup finely with a hand blender.
  14. 14. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  15. 15. Fill the soup into two bowls.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the remaining dill over the soup.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the feta over the soup.
  18. 18. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the soup.
  19. 19. Drizzle the remaining oil over the soup.
