  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Let the ready-made dough thaw.
  3. 3. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  4. 4. Set aside about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the melted butter.
  5. 5. Spread the remaining butter on the bottom of a 20 cm springform pan.
  6. 6. Do not remove the side of the springform pan yet, but ensure the dough does not stick to it.
  7. 7. Roll out the thawed dough flat.
  8. 8. Cut the dough to fit the pan exactly.
  9. 9. Place the dough into the prepared pan.
  10. 10. Gently warm the fig jelly in a small saucepan.
  11. 11. Mix the warmed jelly with 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey.
  12. 12. Spread the jelly-honey mixture evenly over the dough.
  13. 13. Leave a border of about 3 cm around the dough.
  14. 14. Rinse the figs under running water.
  15. 15. Dry the figs with a kitchen towel.
  16. 16. Slice the figs into thin slices.
  17. 17. Distribute the fig slices evenly over the tart.
  18. 18. Crumble the cheese roughly over the figs.
  19. 19. Drizzle the tart with the remaining honey.
  20. 20. Brush the free dough border with the reserved butter.
  21. 21. Bake the tart in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  22. 22. Remove the tart from the oven.
  23. 23. Let the tart cool down briefly.
  24. 24. Roughly chop the walnuts.
  25. 25. Sprinkle the walnuts over the cooled tart.
  26. 26. Rinse the arugula leaves under running water.
  27. 27. Shake the leaves dry.
  28. 28. Serve the tart lukewarm together with the arugula.
