🍽️ Figs on Parma Ham

Ingredients
- 8 slices Parma ham (sliced paper-thin)
- black pepper from the mill
- 4 fully ripe figs
- 2 sprigs mint
- 0.5 lemon
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Arrange the Parma ham slices on a serving plate.
- 2. Season the ham generously with freshly ground black pepper.
- 3. Thoroughly wash the figs under running water.
- 4. Cut off the tough stems at the top of the figs.
- 5. Gently tear the figs in half by hand.
- 6. Place the halved figs directly onto the seasoned ham slices.
- 7. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 8. Shake the mint dry so that no water droplets remain.
- 9. Carefully pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 10. Finely chop the mint leaves with a knife.
- 11. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
- 12. Whisk the lemon juice, honey, and olive oil together in a small bowl.
- 13. Drizzle the finished sauce evenly over the figs using a spoon.
- 14. Serve the dish immediately.
