🍽️ Fig salad with ham and goat cheese

Ingredients
- 300 g arugula
- 75 g Parma ham
- 80 g goat cheese (log)
- 8 fresh figs
- lemons
- 1 shallot
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the arugula thoroughly under cold water.
- 2. Remove the tough stems from the arugula.
- 3. Dry the arugula in a salad spinner or with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Divide the arugula evenly onto four plates.
- 5. Place slices of Parma ham on the arugula.
- 6. Slice the goat cheese into thin slices.
- 7. Distribute the cheese slices on the plates.
- 8. Wash the figs under running water.
- 9. Dry the figs with a cloth.
- 10. Cut the figs into quarters.
- 11. Place the fig quarters on the salad.
- 12. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
- 13. Peel the shallot.
- 14. Dice the shallot finely.
- 15. Mix the shallot cubes with three tablespoons of lemon juice and honey.
- 16. Stir the oil into the dressing mixture.
- 17. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- 18. Drizzle the dressing over the finished salad.
