  4. 4. Divide the arugula evenly onto four plates.
  5. 5. Place slices of Parma ham on the arugula.
  6. 6. Slice the goat cheese into thin slices.
  7. 7. Distribute the cheese slices on the plates.
  8. 8. Wash the figs under running water.
  9. 9. Dry the figs with a cloth.
  10. 10. Cut the figs into quarters.
  11. 11. Place the fig quarters on the salad.
  12. 12. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
  13. 13. Peel the shallot.
  14. 14. Dice the shallot finely.
  15. 15. Mix the shallot cubes with three tablespoons of lemon juice and honey.
  16. 16. Stir the oil into the dressing mixture.
  17. 17. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Drizzle the dressing over the finished salad.
