  2. 2. Peel the garlic clove and press it into the yogurt mixture.
  3. 3. Chop the mint leaves finely.
  4. 4. Stir the mint into the yogurt.
  5. 5. Season the dip with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Wash the figs.
  7. 7. Dry the figs.
  8. 8. Cut the figs lengthwise into quarters.
  9. 9. Place two slices of Parma ham on each of four plates.
  10. 10. Place the fig quarters on the ham.
  11. 11. Add a dollop of mint yogurt.
  12. 12. Garnish the dish with fresh mint leaves.
  13. 13. Serve the figs immediately.
