🍽️ Figs with Ham and Mint Dip

Ingredients
- 4 figs
- 12 thin slices Parma ham
- 200 g yogurt
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs mint
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- mint (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Stir the yogurt with the crème fraîche.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and press it into the yogurt mixture.
- 3. Chop the mint leaves finely.
- 4. Stir the mint into the yogurt.
- 5. Season the dip with salt and pepper.
- 6. Wash the figs.
- 7. Dry the figs.
- 8. Cut the figs lengthwise into quarters.
- 9. Place two slices of Parma ham on each of four plates.
- 10. Place the fig quarters on the ham.
- 11. Add a dollop of mint yogurt.
- 12. Garnish the dish with fresh mint leaves.
- 13. Serve the figs immediately.
