🍽️ Grilled Figs with Blue Cheese and Honey Dip

Ingredients
- Olive oil (for greasing)
- 4 Figs
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Brush four small ovenproof ramekins with some oil.
- 3. Wash the figs and cut them into thirds.
- 4. Place the fig pieces into the prepared ramekins.
- 5. Crumble the Gorgonzola cheese into small pieces with your hands.
- 6. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the figs.
- 7. Place the ramekins on the top rack in the oven.
- 8. Bake the figs for about 5 minutes.
- 9. While the figs are baking, whisk the honey and vinegar together in a small bowl.
- 10. Season the honey-vinegar mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 11. Carefully remove the ramekins from the oven.
- 12. Drizzle the honey sauce directly over the hot figs.
- 13. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
